CASE REPORT SUMMARY:
Oil consultant Radjan Vandenkemp arrived at Logan Airport on a flight from Dubai for a meeting at Vitas Petrol with Vincent Ames regarding selling information about a recent reserve find by a Vitas competitor. Vandenkemp was scheduled to present at their offices at 7:10 a.m., and as he got off the elevator his veins ruptured and he spewed a red mist all over the office and some of its employees. The CDC locked the facility down to prevent any spread while Fringe consultants helped question and test the victims. Dr. Bishop determined the virus needed other organisms to infect, and it started compelling the infected to break the quarantine so it could spread outside the building via blood and saliva.
